Mushroom Soup (Esan-Style)


1 can Anchovy
3 packs Enoki Snow Puff mushroom or
Oyster mushrooms
1 handful Basil leaf

1. Heat anchovy with ½ cup of water over medium heat until
anchovy gets dissolved.
